Mrs. Maggie Edna Wills, age 91, of Lovelady, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2008 in the East Texas Medical Center-Crockett. Mrs. Wills was born November 26, 1916 in Houston County, Texas and was a resident of Houston County all of her lifetime. She was a housewife and attended the Baptist church.

Survivors include her sons Don Wills and wife Peggy, of Houston, and Jim Wills and wife Barbara, of Austin; grandchildren David Wills and wife Carla, of Georgetown and Lezli Wiggins and husband Kevin, of Austin; great-grandchildren Carlen Coon and husband Nathan, of Georgetown, Macon Wills of Georgetown, and Kyle, Ian, and Jace Wiggins of Austin; sisters-in-law Cleo Filer and husband Al of LaMarque and Frances Wills of Riverside; and numerous nieces, nephews and cherished friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Donald Wills in 2007; one grandson; one great-granddaughter; parents; one sister; three brothers and one daughter-in-law.

Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Edna Wills were held Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 2 p.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Scott Matthews officiating. Interment followed in the Center Hill Cemetery.
