Mrs. Elizabeth Young, age 98, of
Middletown, IN, died Friday, No-
vember 21,1997, at Miller's Merry
Manor in Middletown. Mrs. Young
was born in Deleware County, IN,
November 19,1899. Her husband,
Claude Young, preceded her in death
in 1969. Three children, Clara
Houchins, Claudia Boucher and
Lloyd Young, also preceded her in
death.
Survivors include a daughter,
Dillon Moser, Denver, CO; a foster
daughter, Betty Spall, Daleville, IN;
10 grandchildren, including Freda
Cook, of Hardinsburg, and several
great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m.
Monday, November 24 at Trent-Dowell
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg,
with the Rev. Harry Dooley officiat-
ing. Burial was in Ivy Hill Cem-
etery, Hardinsburg.
