~OBITUARY OF RALPH H. HEADLEE

PERRYTON -- Ralph H. HEADLEE, 93, died Monday, May 03, 2004.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Full Gospel Community Worship Center with the Rev. Michael Waterbury and the Rev. Sally Jo Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Mr. HEADLEE was a Master Mason, District Deputy Apron, Blue Trim. He was an active member of Wheatheart Shrine and accompanied children to Shriners Hospital for Burned and Crippled Children.

Survivors include a son, Roy HEADLEE of Mustang, Oklahoma; four daughters, Jane WESTBERRY of Canyon, Judy HEADLEE of Perryton, Sue HEADLEE of Borger and Kay HEADLEE of Amarillo; a brother, George HEADLEE of Ranier, Oregon; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Masonic Blue Lodge, 7 S.W. Fourth Avenue, Perryton, TX 79070; or Ochiltree Hospice Volunteers, 3101 Garrett Drive, Perryton, TX 79070.
