Welton Laseter of Webb died early last night at a Dothan hospital after suffering a heart attack at his home. He was superintendent at Dothan Oil Mill Number Two and been associated with the firm a number of years.
Mr. Laseter, native of Barbour County, was a deacon at Webb Baptist Church and a leader in affairs of his community. Funeral services will be announced by Ward-Wilson Funeral Home of Dothan.
Survivors included the widow; a daughter, Miss Peggy Laseter of Webb; a son, Max Laseter, a student at Alabama Polytechnic Institute, and several sisters and brothers.
