Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the First Baptist church for Minnie D. RETHERFORD of Perryton, who died Sunday, Nov. 2 at the Perryton Hospital. Mrs. RETHERFORD was 82 years of age.
She was a pioneer resident of Beaver county, where she lived until about seven years ago, when she moved to Perryton.
Rev. O. C. Curtis, pastor of the Central Baptist church at Pampa, officiated at the final rites.
Active pallbearers were Roy PEARSON, Robert PEARSON, Derrell RENFROW, Evan Neal PIERCE, Lee HERNDROCKS, Gene WESTERHAVER. Honorary pallbearers were Charles KENNELL, Robert JOHNSON, J. M. DAVIS, Earl LEWIS, LeRoy ELLIS and Carrol MORGAN.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. J . R. PEARSON of Balko, Mrs. J. O. RENFROW of perryton, Mrs. Glen WRIGHT of Balko and Mrs. O. C. RETHERFORD of Toledo, Ore.; three sons, R. R RETHERFORD of Sioux City, Iowa, L. F. RETHERFORD of Toledo, Ore., and Clyde RETHERFORD of Walport, Oregon; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Interment was in the Balko cemetery.
