WINAMAC--Services for John Hall, 82, of 827 W. 13th St., Rochester, formerly of Winamac, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Frain Mortuary.

He died at 2:25 p.m. Monday, Aug. 30, 1999, in Life Care Center, Rochester.

Born Sept. 27, 1916, in Headlee, he was the son of Guy H. and Inez May Crowder Hall. He was married Jan. 26, 1941, in Winamac to Pauline V. Clements, who died Sept. 14, 1987. On Dec. 13, 1993, in Plymouth, he was married to Helen Good, who survives.

Mr. Hall lived most of his life in Winamac, formerly at Route 4 on U.S. 35 North. He served as a Navy Seabee during World War II and was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1728 in Winamac. He worked as a construction superintendent and project manager.

Also surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Trudy and Harold Scott, Atlanta, Ga.; a son, Jon J. Hall, Winter Haven, Fla; one sister, Beverly Clay, Inverness, Fla.; one brother, Floyd Hall, Monticello; two granddaughters; Tiffany Scott and Nichole Scott Fine; and one great-grandson, David Jackson Fine.

The Rev. Dorothy Jones will officiate in the services. Burial will be in Pro Cemetery at Pulaski.

Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and after 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
