Samuel Elmer Poper,65,died suddenly at 11:45 o'clock Monday night at his home 443 South Third Street, Chambersburg. He was a member of the Bethal Pentacostal Church.
Surviving are his widow Mrs. Ida Jane Poper, and these sons and daughters. Mrs. Elmer Myers of Shady Grove. William A,Harry C and Samuel E Poper,all at home. Mrs. Edward Appenzeller and Mrs. Jack Henneberger of Chambersburg,Mrs. Wilbur Burkholder of Shippensburg, and George L Poper of Waynesboro. Also four grandchildren, a brother George Poper of Green Village and a sister, Miss Della Poper of Kauffmans.
The funeral servicews were held in the Bethel Pentacostal Church at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon; burial at Air Hill Cemetery.
