Marvin Lewis Dies At Robins
WARNER ROBINS— Marvin Baxter Lewis 75 of 291 Peachtree Circle died at his residence about 10 pm Saturday after suffering a heart attack.
A retired civil service employee and a retired merchant, Lewis operated Pop's Place In Warner Robins. He had lived In Warner Robing for the past 18 years coming from Buford. He was a member of the First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.
Lewis was a member of the Tyrian Masonic Lodge.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Watson-Walnright Funeral Home.
Surviving are his wife Ms. Pearl Thompson Lewis; two sons, Marion B Lewis of Macon and Walter E Lewis of Columbus; four daughters, Mrs H A Cox of Santa Fe N.M., Mrs J W Bagley of Buford, Mrs J R Shadburn of Warner Robins, and Mrs Tom C Bray of Dublin; one sister, Mrs Mack Hannah of Nashville Tenn; two brothers, Will Lewis of Nashville Tenn, and John Lewis of Buford.
