Floyd C. French, 87, of Huntsville died Tuesday at his home. The funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Eldridge Crisco officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Mr. French, a native of Conehatta, Miss., had lived most of his life in Madison County. He was retired from Thiokol Chemical Inc. and was a veteran of the Army.
Survivors include one daughter, Maletha Annette French of Huntsville; two sons, Phillip Ragan of New Market and Ronnie C. French of Harrisonburg, Va.; one sister, Eloise Denny of Scottsboro; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 3:30 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
