He is survived by his wife, Barbara, and 8 children: Tammy, Bryan, Bridgett, Wayne, Ann, Luther, Christopher, and Patricia. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 4 siblings, Billy and Hershel Quinn, Marie Gray and Peggy Hammond, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Jean Vandiver, Bernice Gasque, and brother, Wayford Quinn.
