Funeral services for Mrs. Polly Ann Chapman, who died at a local hospital Monday, will be held in the Miller ward chapel Thursday at 2 p.m. with interment in the Mill Creek cemetery.
Mrs. Chapman was born in Millville on March 22, 1860, and moved to Salt Lake county, where she had resided for the past twenty years. She is survived by her husband, Jacob Chapman; by one son, John w. Garr of Millville; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Fisher of Clarkston; by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
