Age 76. Friday, September 15, 2000 at Deerbrook Care Centre. Born in Joliet and a lifelong resident. Member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Crest Hill.
Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Jack K. Dolan of Joliet; three children John R. (Ann) Dolan of Dwight, IL, Donna R. (Ted) Bostrom of Crest Hill and Sandra A. (Richard) Kapinus of Wilmington; five grandchildren, Sara (George) Kiddy; Elisa Dolan; Michelle and Michael Bostrom; Christina Kapinus; one sister, Mary (Andy) Jadron of Crest Hill; two brothers, Paul (Sally) Surjan of Wisconsin and Edward (JoAnn) Surjan of Minnesota. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Anna (nee Derek) Surjan; one sister, Josephine Surjan.
Funeral services for Ann V. Dolan will be Tuesday, September 19, 2000, 9:30 am from the West Chapel to St. Ambrose Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Memorials in her memory to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Visitation Monday 4-8 pm at:
