Obituary Mr. Albert H. Elfering, 68, of Tampa Florida, died Monday, February 27, 1978 following a lengthy illness. He was born in Libertyville, August 6, 1909 and had remained a lifelong resident of the area. He was a member of St. Bede Catholic Church, Ingleside. Mr. Elfering is survived by his widow, Gladys (nee Farrell): six daughters, Marilyn (Walter) Tamminen of Wausau, Wisconsin, Eleanor (David) Michaelson of Ingleside, Illinois, Kathryn (Carl) Blanchard of Tampa, Florida, Judy (Lawrence) Bell of Tampa Florida, Debra Fay of Mundelein and Chris Paulsen of Tampa, Florida; one brother, Henry Elfering of Mundelein and thirteen grandchildren. Mary Volling, sister. Funeral mass will be 11a.m. Friday March 3, at Saint Mary's Church, Fremont Center, with the Rev. James Morrissey, pastor, officating. Interment will be in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville. Friends may call at the STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL, 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake from 3 til 10 p.m. Thursday. Liturgical wake services will be 7 p.m. Thursday.
