He lived in Bishopville, SC until his health failed. He was a member of Ashwood Baptist Church in Sumter. He was retired from Anchor Motor Lines.
Surviving are two sons, James Olin, Jr. (Robbie) Robertson of Raleigh, NC and Michael Robertson of Mt. Pleasant, SC and a sister Nadine Robertson Cole and her husband Wendel of Taylors.
Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon at The Howze Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow at Enoree Baptist Church.
