ANDERSON, Elva D., Age 69 of 180 Wygant Road, Horseheads, NY on Sunday, April 3, 1994. Mrs. Anderson was born June 3, 1924 in Wardensville, WV. She is survived by her daughters, Judy (Edwin) Benton of Horseheads, Lisa Turner of Elmira; sons, Carter (Muriel) Edger of Peoria, AZ, John (Lynne) Edger of Elmira, H. Russell Edger of Elmira and Martin Edger of Fisherville, NY; ten grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Yvonne (Albert) Cole of Watkins Glen and Okla (Karl) Stitz of Purcell, OK; sister-in-law, Elaine Anderson of Lakeland, FL; brothers, Carter Anderson of Horseheads, Lisle Anderson, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Charles Anderson of Hesperia, CA; and several nieces and nephews; very special friend, Mary Robinson of Horseheads, along with her other dear friends at Fairport Terrace. Mrs. Anderson retired from LRC Electronics with 15 years of dedicated service. She also loved country music. Friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, 413 S. Main St., Horseheads, Wednesday, 4 to 7 pm. Her Funeral Service will be held there on Thursday at 11 am. with the Rev. Frank Snyder officiating. Interment will take place at 1:00 pm. at Maple Grove Cemetery.
