Dolores "Dee" Perry Fletcher, 71, of Cummings Georgia died at Northside Hospital, Forsyth, Georgia on March 20, 2009. A native of Ringgold, Louisiana. She was the daughter of the late Lavert and Claudia Perry. Her husband, Vance Fletcher and brother, John Garland Perry also predeceased her.

A graduate of Ringgold High School, she attended Northwestern University in Natchitoches, Louisiana and worked as a hairdresser and a medical transcriptionist. Dolores was a loving mother and grandmother and compassionate caregiver for family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Wade (Moya) Wilson of New Iberia, Louisiana; sisters, Laverne Knotts of Shreveport, Louisiana, Linda (Sam) Bright of Cummings, Georgia; grandchildren, Brittany James-Wilson, and Cotton and Colby Wilson of New Iberia, Louisiana; numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2009 at Rocket Funeral Home in Ringgold, Louisiana.
