Mr. Hall had diabetes and it was so hard for him not to eat sweets. His daughter had made a wonderful chocolate cake and he over ate. He had a bad reaction, went into a coma and in time passed away. I'm sure they did not have the medications that we have today to treat the problem. He was so very young only 50 years old.
His youngest son "Ottis" was only 14. Next in line was "Bill & Carlie" they were 17. Carlie got married that year in May. Bill got married the next year 1951 in Sept. Hobert was 19 Glen was 21 and Lorine was 23. She was already married in 1944. So it was hard on the family to loose their Dad so young. Their Mother had passed away in 1941 at an early age. She was in her early 30's.
The family has always been very close with never too much time going by without seeing each other. They all liked fishing, gardening and fellowship all of their lives. Each of their children all got to know their cousins growing up.I just pray that the grand parents got to know this from heaven. Its been a good life.
