OBITUARY

Paul H. Abrisz

ROGERS - Paul Henry Abrisz, 82, of Rogers died March 3, 1998, at Bates Medical Center in Bentonville. He was born March 22, 1915, in Burlington, Iowa, to Clifford Peter and Henrietta Erbrodt Abrisz. He was a retired Army colonel and World War II veteran and was a past member of the 18-Hole Golf Club and a volunteer at Rogers Little Theater. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marcella Ockert.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Abrisz of the home; two sons, Paul Richard Abrisz of Old Appleton, Mo.; James William Abrisz of Spring, Texas; three daughters, Nancy Huether of Green Cove Springs, Fla., Patricia Abrisz of Denver, Colo., and Neva (Kriket) Eckert of Rogers; two stepsons, Edwin McClure of Rogers and Gary McClure of Napa, Calif; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers with the Rev. Bobby Bell officiating.
