Mr. Kelley, formerly of Lexington, died Friday at the Live Care Center in Tullahoma after a long illness.
He was a retired carpenter, a farmer and a Baptist.
Surviving are a son, Martin L. C. Kelley of Goodletsville; two daughters, Rachel Boisson of Old Hickory and Lorene Walker of Nashville; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
His wife, Arbie Powers Kelley, died last year.
