Edwin Adams
Funeral services for Edwin E. Adams, 75, of 1902 Second Ave., founder of Moss, Adams & Co., certified public accountants, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Bonney-Watson Broadway chapel. Burial will be in Holyrood. He died yesterday in a nursing home.
A native of Buffalo, N.Y., Mr. Adams came here in 1904. He founded the company in 1937. He was a Broadway High School graduate and attended the University of Washington. He was a Navy veteran of World War I. He was a member of the Washington Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Legion and the Magnolia Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are a son, Air Force Capt. John T. Adams, Edmonds; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Ruth M. Lessenger, Vancouver, B.C., and a sister, Gwendolyn Adams, Seattle.
The family suggested remembrances to the American Cancer Society.
