Succumbs Monday Morning At
ST. Joseph's Hospital.
M i l t o n Gibson, 37, of 4021/2 East
Market street, passed away at
8:15 o'clock Monday morning at
St. Joseph's hospital.
Born at Idaville on January 18,
1884, he was the son of Nathan
and Elizabeth Wilburn Gibson.
He entered the service of the
Pennsylvania railroad on March
1922 and on December 1, 1922
he was promoted to boilermaker.
He was a member of the Eagles
lodge.
Surviving are The following:
two sons, Harold M. Gibson and
Ralph E. Gibson, both of this city;
four sisters, Mrs. Handle Bird, of
Royal Centre, Mrs, Ruth Gates, of
Plymouth, Mrs. Elizabeth Farley,
of Crown Point, and Mrs. Pearl
Heiny of Gary; two brothers, J.
R. Gibson, of Logansport, and
Fred Gibson of Atlanta, Ga.; and
six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held
at 1:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon
at the Church of God at Idavllle.
Burial will be made in the
Idaville cemetery. The body is at
the Chase-Miller funeral home
where friends may call.
