Louis Albert Hollis, 95, of Crockett, died Wednesday evening in a local hospital. Mr. Hollis was a resident of Houston County for 21 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church and of the woodmen of the WorId.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Waller Chapel, with the Rev. Ed Stowell Mace officiating. Burial was in the Glenwood Cemetery. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Lela Hollis of Crockett; two sons, Norris L.
Hollis of Arlington and Louis Eldore Hollis of Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter, Mrs. Jean Houston of Crockett; a brother, Jack Leighton Hollis of Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Maude Knight of Kansas City, Kansas; four grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Waller Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
