Adam C. Bausman (Bauseman in other records) enlisted on 10/1/1861 as a Musician and mustered into Band IA 10th Infantry. He was Mustered Out on 2/26/1862 at Bird's Point, MO.

Funeral of A. C. Bausman to Be Held Tomorrow
Funeral servies for A. C. Bausman, a resident of Minneapolis for 40 years who died Sunday at the Swedish hospital, will be held from the residence, 2205 Aldrich avenue south tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be in Lakewood cemetery. Mr. Bausman, who was 77 years old, came to Minneapolis in 1879 and for 35 years was identified with the printing business. He was a member of John A. Rollins post G. A. R., and Hennepin M. E. church. Surviving is the widow and one son, Clarence C. Bausman.
