MRS. HENRY CLINARD DIES EASTER SUNDAY

Mrs. Henry Clinard passed away at her home in Lawrence, Sunday, April 17. She had attended the morning Easter service at the Lawrence Congregational church, where she had been an active member for several years. Death came very suddenly at 3:30 that afternoon while she was visiting with her family.
Viola May Dillman was born to Peter J. and Sarah Dillman in West Bangor, where she lived until her marriage to Henry Clinard of Bangor, Oct. 18, 1899. For the past 31 years they have been residents of Lawrence.
To this union six children were born, Velva Cushman of Sand Lake, Harley, Kalamazoo, Cecil, Royal Oak, Charles, Kalamazoo, Lillian who died in infancy, and Katherine of Kalamazoo.
With her husband and five children, she leaves 12 grandchildern, five great-grandchildren and seven sisters, Mrs. Blanche Davis, Bangor; Mrs. Mary Schock, Bloomingdale; Mrs. Bertha Dillman, Bangor; Mrs. Sadie Dankert, Lansing; Mrs. Frances Funk, Mrs. Ruby Overton; and Mrs. June Overton all of Bangor; many relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, in the Lawrence Congregational Church with Rev. Bellaf officiating. Interment was in the Hill Cemetery, Lawrence.
