OBITUARY - FRANCES ELLEN HEISTON RACER
Mrs. Racer, wife of Elder Racer, of the Dunkard Church, died February 3, 1899 of dropsy. Her funeral was preached by Elders Rothgeb & Foster. She leaves a husband and seven children: three sons, Messrs. Joseph, William and Abram Racer and four daughters, Miss Sallie Racer, at home, Mrs. Perry Finter, near town, Mrs. Wm. Kibler, near Stanley, and Mrs. Early, of Rockingham County.
