Jerry Belt, 73, of Marion, died June 21 at Crittenden Hospital. He was a member of Hurricane Church.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Naomi Belt; two sons, William Roy Belt and Jerry Ray Belt, both of Marion; three brothers, Ed Belt, Claude Belt and Percy Roy Belt, all of Marion; two sisters, Katherine Newcom of Benton and Bernice Woodall of Evansville; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by four brothers and his parents, Roy L. and Bernice Belt.
Funeral services were held June 23 at Hurricane Church with Rev. Charles Brantley, Rev. Herbert Alexander and Rev. Jimmy Porter officiating. Burial was in Hurricane Cemetery.
