Funeral services for Tracie Jane Smith, age 77, will be held on Wednesday (26 Jan 2000) at 2:00 PM from the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Rev. J. H. Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Smith, the widow of Woodrow W. W. Smith, died Sunday at Beverly Health Care Center in Searcy, Arkansas.
She was born in Gibson County, Tennessee on August 21, 1922, the daughter of the late Arthur Clarence and Nora Alice Johnson Hill. She was a homemaker and was Baptist in faith.
Mrs. Smith is survived by one daughter Alice Jane Harris of Searcy, AR; four sons, Bruce Smith of Beech Bluff, TN; Donald G. Smith (Chris) of Franklin, TN; Gene Smith (Gina) of Jackson, TN; and David Smith of Milan, TN; seventeen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
