Mrs. Lehman was a former member of the Presbyterian Church of Portersville. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Marjorie) Weitzel of Jonesboro, Ga., and Susan Lehman Gillgrist of Summerville; and three sons, William D. Lehman of Harmony, Wayne T. Lehman of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Ronald D. Lehman of Lyndora. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren Her husband, Robert Joseph Lehman Sr., died Feb. 6, 1993. A son also preceded her in death.

When I look at her I remember how hard she worked...pumped the water, heated it on a burner, pored into wringer washer, washed clothes for 6 kids, hung them either outside or in the basement and then the next day ironed them all. Our jeans had seams ironed down the front. And I complain about laundry....we live such spoiled lives...
