Joseph FIRST married Florence Turk on 12 February 1909, and they had one daughter:

Mary Frances Bryarly-(M1: Chrisman)-(M2: Perdue) (1910-2003). Florence passed away on 23 February 1936.

Joseph's SECOND marriage was to Jane Hooper-Bryarly on 7 February 1942. Joseph and Jaen did not have issue from their marriage.

Joseph passed away on 31 August 1957 in San Angelo, and was buried at Fairmount Cemetery in San Angelo, Tom Green County, Texas.
