"PAUL J. WEDGE, Edina, Minn., died on September 30, 1966, at the age of eighty-four. A native of Plainview, Minn., Mr. Wedge entered the banking business at Wimbledon, N.D., after spending one year at Harvard Law School. Later he was cashier of the First National Bank at Miles City, Mont., for nine years. Returning to Minnesota in 1925 he was associated with the Commander-Larabee Milling Company as Treasurer and Credit Manager for twenty-seven years. Retiring in 1952, 'Pudge' as all his Carleton friends knew him, was persuaded by an old friend in Minneapolis to come out of retirement and join with him in a farm implement and manufacturing business. This association continued until the business was sold a year ago. Mrs. Wedge died last spring. The family home at 4515 Drexel Avenue in Minneapolis was then sold, and Mr. Wedge moved to Heritage Manor in Edina. Survivors include three daughters: Mrs. Edward H. Finch, Mrs. Howard Rudolph (Kathryn F. Wedge) '34, and Mrs. George Filipetti."
