She was born on October 24, 1923, in Lincoln, TX to Alvin and Martha Kieschnick. Lorine was united in marriage to Norbert Gloyna on December 25, 1944.
She worked hand-in-hand with her beloved husband in his drywall and construction business for over 50 years.
Her grandchildren brought great joy to her life and she always was a source of encouragement for their faith in Christ.
She exemplified her Christian faith through her humility, gentle spirit, and belief "to pray without ceasing" (I Thessalonians 5:17).
She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Norbert Gloyna; son, Dr. Robert Gloyna and daughter-in-law, Penny Ross Gloyna; daughter, Mary Campbell and son-in-law Philip Campbel1; grandchildren, Ross Gloyna, Lucy Kate Gloyna, Earl Attebury & Jason Campbell; brother, Edwin Kieschnick, and numerous nephews and nieces.
The family would also like to express their gratitude for the loving care and spiritual strength given to Lorine by Cameo caregivers: Kristine, Linda, Margaret, Marsie, Shirleen; and Vitas Hospice Care.
The family will receive guests from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, March 26, at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Jersey Village.
The funeral service will be on Saturday, March 27, at 1:00 pm at Epiphany Lutheran Church with interment to follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
