At Lancaster, in the rear of Long's bar-room, on the evening of the 23d ultimo, J.T. Kennington shot Thomas Blackmon through the abdomen, and in turn was shot by Blackmon in the shoulder. Blackmon is doing very well, and Kennington, in jail, seems to be suffering but little from his wound. Kennington was tried at the March term of court for shooting John Bowers, the previous summer.
