Lexington, TN - Clyde Roy Elliott, 71, retired hotel and motel inspector for the State of Tennessee, died Sunday at his home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Pafford Funeral Home with burial in Center Hill Cemetery.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lexington and was a Mason.
Mr. Elliott, the husband of Ruth McPeake Elliott, also leaves a grandchild.
Clyde's parents divorced when he was young and his mother married John Grady Elliott in 1928.
It appears several of the children took "Elliott" as their last name.
