Bolton Funeral Friday

J.D. "Jack" Bolton of What Cheer, aged 66 years, died at 9 o'clock Tuesday evening, July 17, 1934, at the home of his sister-in-law, Miss Florence Wake, 411 South D Street, Oskaloosa, after a six week illness. Mr. Bolton, an old time What Cheer resident, is survived by his wife, four children and one brother, Robert Bolton, of Kirksville, Mo. The body was taken to What Cheer Tuesday evening. The services will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal church at What Cheer at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon with Rev. A.H. Head, in charge. Burial will be in Highland cemetery. [Actually burial at McFarlan Cemetery]
