Emma Mary Dubreuil died at the Sullivan County Home in Unity, NH on July 9, 1977 after a long illness. She was born on June 25, 1897 in Barton, VT; the daughter of Israel and Rosalie (Barton) Deruiseaux. (NOTE: Ruiseaux is the French translation of Brooks.)


She had been a resident of Claremont for sixty years. She was a former member of the Ladies of St Anne Society. She was a former employee of the Fellow Gear Shaper Co in Springfield, VT and the housekeeping department of Claremont General Hospital.


She married Eugene Dubreuil on September 19, 1927 in Claremont, NH who preceded her in death.


Survivors include sister Mary Bousquet of Bellows Falls, VT.


Burial is in St Mary's Cemetery.
