He was born August 9, 1920, at Oak Mills in Atchison County, the son of Adam and Lillie Jones Bluma.
Mr. Bluma was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church at Onaga.
He was married to Elsie Person of Bradwood, IL, in June 1952 at Holton. She survives.
Other Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Lisle, address unavailable; and five sons, Adam Bluma, Chanute, Vernon Bluma and Rod Bluma, both of Topeka, Wyatt Bluma, address unavailable, and Lans Bluma, at home.
Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in the Coal Creek community north of Onaga. Mr. Bluma will lie in state at the mortuary until service time. Contributions may be made to the Charles Bluma Memorial Fund yet to be designated by relatives and sent in care of the mortuary.
