Alfred Henry Harper is the son of Charles Oran Harper and Amy Belle Keister. He married Hazel Lewallen March 7 1938. They moved to Tionesta. Forest where Alfred was engaged in construction work building a dam on the Tionesta flood control project. He fell 35 feet to his death from atop the intake structure at the upstream end of the diversion tunnel.
