Mr. Andrews grew up at Necessity. He graduated from Breckenridge High school.
He married Maurine Rickard on 17 October 1930 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He owned and operated Andrews Cleaners from 1929-1974 when he retired. He was a Methodist.
His wife preceded him in death in 1976.
Survivors: son - A.C. Andrews, Jr. of Breckenridge; daughter - Patty Buescher of Hondo; three sisters - Charlsie Post of Breckenridge, Maxine Nelson of CA and Jessie Lou Collier of Austin; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
