OBITUARY

SIMPSON, Clara Juletta --- 402 Dauner Haus, Fenton, age 79, died Wednesday, October 8, 1980, at St. Joseph Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home, 1616 Davison Rd., Rev. Hugh V. Stewart officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Mrs. Simpson was born in Otho, Iowa, May 18, 1901, and had been a resident of Flint since 1922. She was united in marriage to Robert Simpson, April 11, 1919, at Ft. Dodge, Iowa; he preceded her in death in 1954. Surviving are: 5 daughters and sons-in-law, Ellen Artibee of Topinabee, Mich., Dorothy and Richard Hooper of St. Petersburg, Fla., Marjorie and Richard Ayotte of Flint, Barbara and Mike Mclanahan of Flint, Marion and Virgil Rodgers of lennon; 6 sons and daughters-in-law, Richard Simpson of Flint, George Simpson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, John and Ann Simpson of Flushing, James and Phyllis Simpson of Genesee, Ronald and Barbara Simpson of Atlas, Donald and In Suk Simpson of Columbus, Ga; daugher-in-law, Shirley Spangler of Brecksville, Ohio; 36 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs Carl (Mae) Hultquist of Holly; nieces and nephews. A son, Robert H. Simpson, preceded her in death in 1962.
Brown Funeral Home. Visitation 8 AM to 10 PM.

Buried in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Section O, Lot 102, Graves 7 & 8 with husband Robert Stanley Simpson.
