He was born February 14, 1938 in Brigham City, Utah a son of Glen and Rachel Reeves, who preceded him in death, as did his sister Marilyn Christensen, who he loved dearly, and his infant daughter Jill.
Affectionately known as the "Twinkie Man" during his thirty plus years with Continental Bakery. Dar was respected for his commitment to service and hard work. He took pride in his well kept lawn and yard, and loved the outdoors, especially the freedom he felt while sailing and camping. His smile and contagious laughter will be missed.
He is survived by his children; Brad (Lori) Reeves, Kelly (Tamra) Reeves, Patti Reeves, and Penny (Wendell) Bunderson, siblings; Portia (Lynn) Loosli, Stewart (Jeanette) Reeves, and Scott (Shelia) Reeves, 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 205 s. 100 E., Brigham City, Utah.
Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
