Funeral services for Mrs. Ida May Sanders,s resident of Amarillo for 20 years, were scheduled at 4 o'clock this afternoon in Hedley Baptist Church. Burial was to be in Hedley.
Mrs. Sanders, 68 years old, died yesterday in her home, 1114 Johnson. She was a member of the Church of God.
She was the wife of A.B. Sanders. The couple observed their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 23.
Surviving relatives include the husband; four sons, William M. Sanders, Amarillo; Sam and Utah Sanders, Hedley, and O.B. Sanders, Long Beach, Cal.; three daughters, Mrs. Vesta May Peterson, Cushing, Okla.; Mrs. Mabel Woodfin and Mrs. Martha Parker, both of Muleshoe.
She also is survived by five brothers, W.T. Holland, Tulsa; C.J. Holland, Muldrow, Okla.; R.C. Holland, Ulysses, Kan., and Sam Holland, Okmulgee, Okla.; and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Gragg, Compton, Cal., and Mrs. Martha Harmon, Tulsa.
Blackburn-Shaw was in charge of funeral arrangements.
