He was survived by his wife the former Kay Smith and children; Dr. Nevin R. Frantz Jr., Blacksburg, VA; Jack A. Frantz, Laurel, MD and Mrs. Robert Pontius of Clear Springs, MD; eight grandchildren and a brother, Dr, John B. Frantz, Pottstown.
