Dr. Rosser was a member of the Methodist Church. Dr. Rosser was a physician and surgeon for the Graham community. He served as Mayor for eight years and was a member of the Rotary Club.
Survived by his wife; one daughter; two sons; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; his sisters - Mrs. Julia Hornady, Mrs. Helen Curtis, Mrs. Marian Hoover, Mrs. Mildred Zoll.
