Jo had a ladies ready-to-wear shop in Hollywood on a main street. Her home in later years was behind the shop. Like her sister, Kate, she loved good clothes, as did her sister, Anna. Jo would go to Europe every year and leave Anna in charge of the shop. Anna never took any money, but took her pay in lovely clothes.

Josephine Helen Dunn of 126 W. Kingsley Ave., Pomona, died Monday at Hillhaven Convalescent Hospital in Claremont after a long illness.
Mrs. Dunn was born April 3, 1888 in Ashton, Iowa. For some time she was the owner of Josephine's Dress Shop in Pomona.
Surviving are a daughter, Eleanor Abbott of Glendale; two brothers, Bill Beck of Los Angeles and Herman Beck of Alhambra; three grand-children and one great-grandchild.
Services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pomona. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery
