(Harris) Lawson, she was born in Monroe county on Sept. 22, 1894. Her marriage to Sam Baldwin occurred June 2, 1911 at West Christian church, and they were the parents of three children. Mrs. Baldwin, who attended
schools in Bloomington, was a member of the American Legion
Auxiliary, Women's Democratic club and West Street Christian church.
Surviving with the husband are a daughter, Mrs. Jane Alyce Asken, three brothers, Ebert Lawson, of Tipton; Elmer Lawson, of Indianapolis, H. L. Lawson; and three sisters, Mrs. Lela Malicoat, Mrs. Louise Goodnight, of Lima,
Ohio, and Mrs. Helen Breech. Two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
