Mrs. ELIZA J. WINGERT, relict of the late Philip Wingert died last midnight at her home on the Western Pike, of the infirmities of age, nearly 78 years old, surrounded by her four sons, Henry P., William, Lewis P., and Miller; and her two daughters, Martha A. and Mrs. Julia E. Reamer.
The deceased was a daughter of the late Henry Fiery, a prominent citizen and extensive land owner of Clearspring district, this county, and was married to Philip H. Wingert in March, 1856, and moved to her late residence where she lived for more than fifty years.
Mrs. Wingert was the last survivor of her family's generation. Her husband died several years ago.
