Bruce M. Brown was born in Wellington Kansas in 1885. He came to Crescent, Oklahoma, with his parents in 1889, where he grew to manhood. After moving to Snyder, Oklahoma, with his parents, he lived in Old Mexico.
His last few years spent in Los Angeles, California. He passed away at the home of his sister, in Tucumcaria, New Mexico on October 15, 1915, but was laid to rest in Summit View cemetery [on] October 20th.
He leaves to morn his loss his parents, Mr. & Mrs. J.C. Brown and Dorthea Brown of Snyder, Oklahoma; Mr. & Mrs. J.C. Brown of Guthrie; Mr. & Mrs. C. Rogers of Tucmcaria, New Mexico; Mr. & Mrs. A. Hurtwell & Flo Brown of Los Angeles, California.
