Marvin Beyer, 65, of 333 1/2 Central Ave., died Friday at his home following an extended illness.
Born in Zeeland, he lived in the area all his life. Before his illness he was self-employed painter. He attended Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife Lucille; three sons, Merle of Hamilton, David of Oxnard, Calif. and Larry of Kalamazoo; four daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Linda) Scheuer, Lombard, Ill., Mrs. Donald (Dawn) Wilcox of Holland; Marva Beyer of Holland and Mrs. Michael (Jacquelvn) Piau of Holland; eight grandchildren; one brother Lester of Holland; two sister Mrs. Herman (Margaret) Cook and Mrs.Janette Langejans both of Holland. His mother and father-in-law Mr. and Mrs. John Wolters of Holland.
Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
