, Dec. 20, 1924, in Weymouth, Mass. She is survived by her children, Mary was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas; their little angel,Susan. her parents; brother, Bill; sister, Jane Anderson Hickey Ahlstedt.
; granddaughter, Bridie; and daughter-in-law,Pam. . She will be remembered for her gentle kindness, cheerful patience and willingness to try almost anything that promised to be fun. She enjoyed life, which for her, always involved family and friends. Although there is not a list of honors and awards to mark her life, she was always happy to talk about her children, their families and her late husband, whom she never stopped loving. She lived her life well. She will be greatly missed and always remembered. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, March 16, at 11 a.m. in St. Bridget Church, 80 Main St., Manchester. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery, Manchester. Arrangements were handled by Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Nicholas A. Marzialo MD Scholarship Fund, c/o East Catholic High School, 115 New State Road, Manchester, CT 06042.
