GREENVILLE - Beth Almira Ashworth Morgan, 77, passed away November 17, 200 in Beaver, Utah.

She was born in Beaver, UT July 2, 1923 to John and Vera Ashworth. She married James "Jim" Morgan March 16, 1940 in Beaver and their marriage was later solemnized in the St George LDS Temple in 1943. He preceded her in death in 1993.

She was an active member of the LDS church serving in various church callings; Stake Primary Presidency, Young Women, Relief Society Presidency and the Sunday School Organization, sharing her knowledge of the scriptures as a gospel doctrine teacher. She worked for the Selective Service and taught Seminary for many years.

Beth is survived by her daughter, Arlene (Clark) Carter,of Beaver; grandchildren, Jacquelyn (Doug) Rands, Reno, NV, Cindy (Neal) Nelson, Beaver, James(Tamara) Carter, Beaver; 12 great grandchildren, who were dearly loved by their grandmother; four brothers, Gerald (Helen) Ashworth, Orem, Don (Helen) Ashworth,Ely, NV, Fay (Virginia) Ashworth, Beaver, Leon (Kathy) Ashworth, Ely, NV.

Services will be held Tuesday Nov 21, 2000, 12 noon at the Greenville LDS Ward Chapel. Friends and family may pay their respects Monday Nov 20, 6-8 p.m. at the Olpin Mortuary in Beaver and Tuesday at the church 10:30-11:30 a.m. Interment, Mountain View Cemetery. Directors, Olpin Mortuary.
